Solar panels only earn their keep when light actually reaches the cells, and studies put the loss from a dirty array at 15–25%. In our part of Essex the culprits are specific: tree pollen in spring, dust off the surrounding farmland in summer, and bird mess from the mature trees that line so many local gardens. A panel that looks “fine” from the ground is often quietly costing you generation. A clean typically pays for itself in recovered output.

Purified water, nothing harsher

We use a purified-water pole system and soft brushes, reaching most installations from the ground, so there’s no ladder leaning on your roof or your panels. Purified water dries spot-free with no detergent residue, which matters more than it sounds: household cleaners and abrasive pads can smear panels or damage the anti-reflective coating, and can even affect some warranties.

We work gently, check for obvious shading or debris while we’re there, and tell you honestly if a panel looks faulty rather than just dirty.
