Soft-wash, not pressure-blasting

Cladding should almost never be cleaned with a high-pressure jet: it can force water in behind the boards and strip the protective coatings that keep the weather out. We use a soft-wash approach instead. Low pressure plus specialist solutions that break down algae and soiling at the source rather than blasting the surface layer off.

Because the growth is killed rather than just knocked back, the results last longer, and the substrate stays protected throughout. It’s the difference between cleaning your cladding and slowly wearing it out.

Timber, uPVC, render or composite

Whatever your cladding is made of, years of grime, moss, algae and discolouration build up the same way, and can make an otherwise well-kept property look neglected and dated. The treatment is matched to the material, so timber, uPVC, render and composite each get a clean that’s safe for that surface.

Simple pricing, fixed before we start

Cladding is priced at £4 per square metre with a £50 minimum, and the final price is confirmed on a site visit. What changes it is the area, the condition of the cladding, and how easy it is to reach. You’ll have the number before any work starts, and it doesn’t change after.
